1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33wb ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 33wb website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all associated features. By accessing the 33wb website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any amounts already won or wagered, at 33wb's sole discretion.
3Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account with 33wb. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts. The following conditions apply to all accounts registered on the 33wb platform:
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
- Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be considered your activity and your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 33wb support immediately.

You must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card or passport) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
- 33wb reserves the right to close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. Funds in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
For account security, 33wb recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and changing your password periodically. Never enter your 33wb password on any website or application other than the official 33wb platform. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 33wb and requesting your password, do not respond — 33wb support will never ask for your password.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 33wb platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals. 33wb supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard as deposit and withdrawal methods. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time.
- The minimum deposit on 33wb is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified at the platform level, although individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 33wb account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists as a fraud prevention measure. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, 33wb will process to a verified alternative method.

- 33wb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees on their end. 33wb is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
- 33wb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 33wb in connection with such reviews promptly.
Funds held in your 33wb account balance do not accrue interest. 33wb is not a financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a banking deposit. All deposits made to 33wb are used exclusively for the purpose of gambling and gaming activity on the platform.
5Bonuses and Promotions
33wb offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- 33wb reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct that 33wb determines in its sole discretion to constitute unfair advantage.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and must be used within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, household, device or payment method. Any attempt to claim a new player bonus more than once will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
- Deposit bonuses are calculated based on the qualifying deposit amount as specified in the individual promotion. Only real money deposits qualify for deposit bonus calculation — any existing bonus balance in your account does not count towards the qualifying deposit amount.
Rollover Note: Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. If the validity period expires before the wagering requirement is met, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. 6Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 33wb platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any other artificial means to interact with or gain advantage on the 33wb platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems, card counting software or game outcome prediction tools.
- Colluding with other players, including sharing cards, game state information or betting strategies in real time during live casino games or sports betting events, with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful source. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring. 33wb reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, display glitches or miscalculated odds to place bets or make withdrawals that would not have been available under correct platform operation. Winnings derived from exploiting platform errors will be voided.

33wb's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final. 8Intellectual Property

9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33wb's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their 33wb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. - The outcome of casino games and sports betting events is inherently uncertain. 33wb does not guarantee any particular outcome, return to player rate, or winning result. All gambling activity involves financial risk and you may lose all funds deposited. You acknowledge and accept this risk by choosing to use the 33wb platform.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
10Termination of Account

Upon account closure at your request, any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that no ongoing investigations, pending bonus wagering obligations or withdrawal holds are in effect at the time of closure.

11Amendments to These Terms
33wb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33wb will notify registered players by posting a notice on the 33wb platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the player's account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the platform.
Your continued use of the 33wb platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
